These terms apply to your use of iquadtech.in and to enquiries you make through it. i-Quad Technologies ("we", "us") is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About this website

This website describes our engineering services (embedded software, VLSI design, IoT and cloud systems, web and mobile applications), our internships and our support for student projects. The information is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.

2. Services and quotations

• Submitting the contact form or contacting us does not create a contract. Any project starts only after we agree its scope, timeline and fees with you.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are based on the requirements you share. If the requirements change, the quotation may change too.
• Where a separate agreement, proposal or work order is signed for a project, that document governs the work and takes priority over these terms.
• Timelines we mention on this website, such as delivering a prototype within a few working days, are typical estimates and depend on the agreed scope.

3. Internships

• Internships are offered for students' academic requirements, typically for about 3 months, online or offline. The duration, schedule and mode are confirmed when your application is accepted.
• An internship certificate is issued on successful completion of the internship as agreed with us.
• Interns are expected to attend as agreed, follow instructions from our team, and keep confidential any client or company information they see during the internship.
• We may decline an application or end an internship if these expectations are not met.

4. Student projects

• We help BE/B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA and Diploma students build academic projects in areas such as web, hardware, IoT, AI and machine learning. Scope, deliverables and any fees are agreed before work begins.
• Students are responsible for making sure that the way they use and submit their project follows the rules of their college or university, including rules on originality and collaboration.
• We aim to help you understand how your project works so that you can explain and present it yourself.

5. Intellectual property

The text, illustrations, design and logo on this website belong to i-Quad Technologies or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Names of clients, partners and products mentioned on the site, and third-party trademarks such as STM32, Arduino, AWS, Android and iOS, belong to their respective owners. Ownership of work we create for a client or student is set out in the agreement for that project.

6. Your use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by sending spam or automated submissions through the contact form, attempting to access parts of the site or server that are not public, or interfering with its security or performance.

7. Third-party links and services

The website links to and uses services operated by others, such as Google Maps, Google reCAPTCHA, WhatsApp and our clients' websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, i-Quad Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here applies from that date.
